Poor Repairs Bad Service

I have contacted the above company to install a airconditioner unit in my house and after testing the unit it did not work and I contacted Stephan the owner who came out to look he then told me that the unit needed a 4 way valve and he gave me a quote to fix it .I paid him for it and when I came home to test the unit it again did not work and I contacted the via email which they in turn send me another quote to say that it now need a indoor receiver. Why did they not pick it up from the start it is a case of fix this and if it is not that try this and all this at my expence
