Complaint

I hereby am complaining about Crystal van der Sandt selling me a smart watch and not answering my calls or messages. I got the watch but it was in second hand state I have photos to proof and wich I have send to her. And got one reply asking to send it back but I rep**** back and said I do not have the courier money. There after I tried calling her a couple of time and also left messages. *** this is her "business number. I am super unhappy, I had to safe up money for this. And got bad service and a second hand watch.

Please be carefull
