WHY IS SHOPRITE SELLING THIS CRYSTAL VALLEY MILK POWDER THAT TASTE LIKE MEAL MEALIE?

The milk powder I purchased on Black Friday from Shoprite turned out to be the worst I've ever bought. Excited to try something new, I regretted my choice instantly. Despite stirring it thoroughly, the milk wouldn't dissolve and tasted bland, almost like mealie meal. Checking online reviews later revealed a dismal 1.3 rating, a clear warning I wish I'd heeded before buying. I've learned my lesson – never trying a new product without checking reviews first. It's frustrating that Shoprite allows such unprofessional products on its shelves. If this continues, my trust in Shoprite might diminish. Why is Shoprite endorsing such subpar items?
