Weird tasting milk

On Sunday,9th February 2025, my daughter came to visit me in La Mercy, on her way she sopped at Shoprite Waterloo. Amongst other things she bought a 2 lt Crystal valley fresh full ream milk, I was about to make custard, when I decided to have a cup of tea using the fresh milk. I immediately reacted as it had an odd taste, although it was not tasting off, just the taste didn't sit well. I poured a little in a glass for my daughter to do a taste test and she confirmed there was an oddity to the taste. I checked the date is was only expiring on the 11th. However as the store is far from me, we could not go back to return it. I immediately placed it in the freezer, hoping to find aa way to email the company to complain. I could not find an email address for Crystal Valley .My daughter had returned home to Durban South wit te till slip. So I know Shoprite wont acknowledge the purchase. I need a replacement or refund but no way of getting compensated.
