Tasteless cheese

I bought a 800g block of crystal valley cheddar cheese and was very disappointed. Cheddar usually has a sharp, unique taste and this cheese literally had no taste. Didn't taste like cheddar, definitely not like gouda, actually was just a tasteless block and a waste of money. Increase your standards please crystal valley!!!
