Spoilt milk

Good day,

Please note that the crystal valley milk that I purchased at checkers cornubia expiry date been 03/09/2022 has been spoilt.

2 have gotten spoilt after opening and using it and 1 was already off.

Nothing else goes off in my fridge and I don't know what's up with this batch but I buy this milk every single month atleast 2 cases of 6 packs and I wonder if the rest is off as well. I have thrown the other 2 thinking it was my fridge but it couldn't be because nothing else goes off and 1 had already been spoilt when I opened it.

Please advise further action.
