Snotty feta

I bought Crystal Valley feta from Checkers N1 City. Each ring was firm, 1cm x 1cm, in the middle but the outer part section is jelly-like to the touch. A snot like consistency for the lack of a better description. I misplaced my till slip. I have pics.
