Not up to standard Cheddar Cheese

<p>Hi there, I recently bought those big blocks of Cheddar cheese from Crystal Valley but at opening the cheese I found the quality was really not great - when I tried to slice the cheese it crumble into a thousand pieces. Now when I tried to find their contact details on the package or Internet - I was not able to find anything!! Who do you complain to the company or get customer service?</p>
