Long life Milk

I bought a box (6) of Crystal Valley long life milk (1000ml), expiry date: 27/02/2016. When I opened the box, all of the boxes of milk was sour!! No one seems to respond to my complain, and the Checkline's (***9) response was that we live in hot area, it is normal for unopened longlife milk to get sour.
