Crystal Valley SA "Fresh Milk"

I bought several sachets of " fresh milk" from Checkers Empangeni, which apparently could be frozen to retain freshness, however are just 2 days- the milk has spoilt. The notion that Crystal Valley fresh milk can be frozen and then defrosted and will still be fine - is a lie and I feel cheated by the false advertising because other brands can actually be frozen and still be used even after a day after the expiry date if they've been frozen.
