Crystal valley full cream milk powder not the same anymore

I bought 3 packets of crystal valley full cream powder on Saturday the product has no taste, it’s like flour , it doesn’t dissolves in the coffee n has lumps. I’m extremely disappointed considering how long we waited for the product only to get this nonsenses. What a waste of my money and would not recommend it to anyone to buy it . Highly disappointed
