Crystal valley cheese

Me and the wife has done some shopping the other day at Checkers Klerksdorp. When deciding on cheese we opted for the first time towards Crystal valley cheddar.

What a surprise. Very good cheese and the taste texture and melting are absolutely fantastic. I look up about the cheese and learned that it was imported. Well please let those cheesemakers know they are doing an excellent job.
