Bad product experience

I was so disgusted yesterday with Crystal Valley`s Chocolate milk. I am a regular user of another brand`s Chocolate milk, as both me and my kids love it.<br> <br> I discovered Crystal Valley`s Feta cheese late last year and I was so impressed with Crystal Valley that I also introduced the use of their long life milk to our household. So yesterday, I decided not to have my regular brand and try Crystal Valley`s Chocolate Milk<br> <br> Great was my disgust when I took the first sip of chocolate milk and it tasted sour. I turned back to Shoprite at New Street, where the Front End Controller offered to replace the bad milk with another one. I opened the bottle in front of this lady and this one you could even smell the sourness. I had such stomach ache and struggled with nasua the whole evening.
