What a *******!!! Crystal Springs never again!!!

<p>We arrived at Crystal springs very excited about our October family holiday. When booking our accomodation we were put under the impression by there website that it was a large spacious chalet for R2880.00 per night. Quite pricy but I thought my family deserves this. Never have I paid that price for a chalet per night. To my disgust we were placed in the furtherest little cramped duplex chalet. You can hardly move or turn in it. What a dissapointment. I approached reception and complained. They moved me to another unit which is slightly better and more spacious but still not worth the R2880.00 per night. My son still needs to sleep on a couch in the sitting room due to only 2 bedrooms in the unit. Tv mot working and many globes fused. Water damping against the wall and paint pealing off. I was willing to leave immediatley but Niki van Jaarsveld the PRO manager said that we would not be refunded, that is there policy. I will never return to this resort ever again. What a *******. My expensive October family holiday is the biggest dissapointment ever. I stayed in Herm**** in peak time during a December holiday in more spacious units for less than this price. Crystal Springs will never see me again. Stay away. Its a *******. Phone me ********** .</p> <p> </p>
