Treating customers like *********
We made a booking with the Lodge for 6 people, which came down to 4 adults is 2 kids we called the Lodge prior to ask if we can rather have 5 adults when we arrive they treated us like ********* having us escorted by Security the whole time just because we had 5 adults the reception told us we have to go home. This was one of the most disrespectful welcomes to a Lodge I have ever experienced

The booking confirmation clearly states that the unit is suitable for only 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 12.
