theft from room at lodge
Unhappy about theft of Apple watch from room which was locked. My watch was never found. I will not be returning or will not recommend your lodge to other people. the only people that had access to premises had keys. windows were closed and premises were locked so today still puzzled that there was no forced entry.

We regret that you unfortunately never found your watch. All the units at the Resort are equipped with a safe to ensure that guests can safely lock away their valuables. Management at the Resort with the assistance of the housekeepers did try and assist you on the day by searching the unit thoroughly, unfortunately to no avail. It is unfortunate that your watch was never found, however, it is the guest's responsibility to ensure that their valuables are insured and locked away in the safe, when not in use and in occupation of the unit.
