Last night at this lovely Lodge and I have to say what an amazing experience. Customer service is outstanding. My dispute was solved in the most humane manner. The Security guard David aka Mdeva, the Lovely receptionist Noni, and the Manager Alex are champions in treating customers fairly. Thanks to Calvin at reception for checking up us and Slindile for keeping our unit clean 🤪. Thanks to LPA for the Gift voucher and Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge for making our stay a lovely experience.. Tsibinki will be back, as am affectionately known🫣
