Poor cleanness of carpets and bedding

We were on holiday for a mid week from the 2 March 2020 till 6 March 2020 holiday resort was nice but cleanness very bad. First night was horrific that we were bitten by LICE in the bedroom apon reporting the matter we wer just told that they spray DOOM, not even once did the manager/owner apologize.

After returning from holiday my wife washed my 11 month old daughter she found a LICE stucked in her hair and actually stucked to her sculp, we had to take her to hospital and get an ointment and antibiotics for it not to escalate into a big problem. We send pictures to Crystal springs about incident yet again no apologies. Worst customer experience....... Won't go there anymore ever.
