No water no electricity and absolutely ni service what so ever

The worst customer service every experienced. We checked in yesterday 25.09.2023 and we were not advised that there has been no electricity for the past 3 days... No communication what so ever and now there is no water and instead of assisting the guests they just say sorry and blame eskom... The shop has a new employee tgats doesnt know whats going on you wr had to go and grab the price tags and calculate our own costs they take no accountability what so ever they promised to senf water so we could flush the toilets but still nothing... They do nothing to assist guests... Worst experience i ever had staying here... I really enjoyed coming here over the years but crystal springs can say good bye to me and i will never recommend any one stay here....
