Information not given properly
Horrible service and the information about the accommodation was mis translated to us a 4 Sleeper Unit does not mean 4 adults. It is 2 adults and 2 children.

After thorough investigation we confirm that according to our records your booking was made for 2 adults only and paid accordingly. The consultant that assisted you with your booking also confirmed that the unit booked could only accommodate 2 adults and on the sleeper couch 2 children under the age of 12 years only.
We further confirm that the aforementioned details were also clearly stipulated on the confirmation letter that was sent to you on 12 April 2019 by the said consultant.
The Crystal Springs resort team also offered to upgrade you to a larger unit, which you unfortunately declined. However, they did arrange for your son to visit you daily which is not standard operating procedure.
In view of the aforesaid, the booking was made in terms of the specifications provided and Crystal Springs assisted you and your family to the best of their abilities and within their rules and regulations.
