Horrible treatment/Theft

I was so disappointed in how they deal with situations, we checked in on the 1st of April 2022(Room29) and the following day we woke up to sewage at the main door step, we reported it and the maintenance guys came to fix it but every day thereafter we literally woke up to stinking place(sewage continued). When we checked out we put our concerns forward at the reception and the treatment we got was with so much attitude by the front manager, she literally walked out on us, I have never seen a manager who seem to care less about guest concerns like she did, we even wondered given she is white would she have delt with the matter the way she delt with ours if ever we were older and same race as her(white). Everything about this place was just bad for us, I forgot my sneakers and water bottle in the room, when i called them they say they didnt find them like WT really I left them there I know. So they not only bad in how they handle thier guests but also they take what the guests leave behind.
