Crystal Springs Lodge Pathetic Sevice

Had a bad experience, booked a 2 bedroom timeshare unit. Upon arrival I waited for 2 hours before my unit was ready, while checking in I was told I cannot be checked in as we are overbooked, we are 2 adults and 3 kids aged-14/10/4 and the booking was for 4 adults only. Is a 4 year old regarded as an adult? I was told I can go stay at another hotel and return the next day and we would be rented an apartment at R1200 per night, how can I stay alone whilst onholiday? The PRO gentlemen Paul was extremely difficult and rude. He refused for me to see the manager, he also claimed that he could be fined R250k by the fire department for overcrowding. I have now lost my rental fee and incurred additional cost as I had to stay at another resort. It is ridiculous that we needed to book another unit because of a child. I’m utterly disappointed in the service and management of the resort. I have previously stayed at the the resort and enjoyed. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.
