Chrystal Springs
It all started when we bought a week-end at Chrystal springs in 1999 for R16000

When we received the signed documents after registration -we saw that they sold us a WHITE WEEK END and not Red as was discussed at the presentation

After a lot of emails and fighting--we just left it.
Then about 3 yrs after we signed , just by co-incidence somebody mentioned that the time share at Chrystal Springs was not for live,But only till 2014.(duration 15years only)

Ofcouse we immediately got our contract -contacted TISA, but to our big disappointment it was pointed out to us that it is stipulated in the signed agreement. This was not mentioned at the presentation!!!!!
We again went to Tisa , but to no avail.
We were told that CHRYSTAL SPRINGS will be sold on auction in 2014 and then we will get out proceeds back or at least R12000

The Resort was sold in April 2014 for R64 ,000,000 and now they were waiting for the auditors and tax clearance etc
In the meantime I contacted them several times to find out whether our levy was up to date
In the email below you can see that they indeed told us it was up tp date and spacebanked
(NOW JUST FOR THE RECORD__IF YOUR LEVY IS NOT UP
