Breach of contract

for 10 years I had no issues with crystal springs timeshare .After the auction when OTWIL/ property oaks took over its been a nightmare. I opted for the four year contract and have written confirmation via emails that I would pay levies in 2015 for occupation Jan 2016, 2016 for occupation jan 2017 and double levy in 2017 for occupation 2018. then in 2018 NO levy would be required for Occupation in Jan 2019 .Now they tell me the person who confirmed all this no longer works there and they wont honour the contract- Its most unfair and ******* to behave this way. I just want them to release my unit so I can spacebank it - Don't ever want to have anything to do with this establishment again for all the grief they have given me the last few years. I will take this to a lawyer as I believe they have done this to others ..
