Best service from Nokki the receptionist.
Firstly thank you to the front desk(Reception) at Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge. I was welcomed by a warm face and a welcoming smile from the receptionist Nokki. She gave me the best service and she deserves to be told that she's doing an excellent job, that made me feel at ease that I came to the right place. Thank you Nokki.
