Terrible service and administration.

I have been a tenant there since 2021 and ever since then they have changed staff members occasionally, hampering administration and agreements made. I handed in my notice early January 2025, upon which we eventually agreed that I can't unveil the apartment to incoming tenants because I left the province and can not leave the key with my belongings in the hands of the grounds keeper. Yet that I must be out by the end of February.

According to our agreement I was out and the key was handed to the grounds keeper by a colleague, after which I waited a month for my deposit to be paid. Which in turn received a deduction because the new tenant didn't move in because of me. After a lengthy conversation they are still refusing to pay my full deposit and the 15 days rental I paid in advance.

On top of that they claim that the place has an electric fence, which is not working and the gate motor breaks from time to time.
