I requested for a quotation for JKL039 Face shield and headgears from Crystal Plastics. After sending the email, a lady by the name of Cynthia Mbatha rep**** within 10-15 minutes. The quotation include VAT of 15% and I requested for the company's VAT number issued by SARS. There were back and forth emails which included them sending me their Tax number and a non-existing VAT number, ***, which I checked on the SARS website and it was not verified. I called Ms Cynthia Mbatha several times asking for a revised quotation or correct VAT number but she has since stopped replying to my emails.
