Crystal Logistic Services dishonest

Paid a R4200 deposit for delivery to serve as insurance of a concept 2 rower bought privately communicated only after an initail R500 was paid for delivery. Upon tracking the parcel I saw the document stated "on hold" and upon request they said another R4700 was due before delivery can take place. Refund request not honoured.
