Their services for our wedding terrible experience.
<p>Good day,</p> <p>Kindly help me with a serious situtation where myself and husban paid in full for services for our big day on the 1st of April 2017. On the day of our wedding she did not supply what has been paid for nore she did meet the dealine for our wedding time at 12:00.I have send an email to Sharifa owner of Crystal Fire and Ice in Alberton Shop 6 Nico's building, 84 Voortrekker street. Shafrifa still owe us apart from all the unsup**** services our photo pakage. Sharifa does not anwser her land line as well as her cell number provided on her web page ********** , Cellphone ********** ********** ********** Her replies on whats app is that we have to wait. I have got full conversation proof as well. Photo's of unsupp**** services and of what is stated on invoices can also be supp****. My wedding dress received only on the night before was never made smaller and sib was stripped at the back. Husband got his soot without under jacket and no seem in coat or pans.Find attahced letter to Sharifa on the 5/05/2017.Alot more proof can be supp**** including photos and vedios of our wedding day. Sharif cleared the tables while our guest was still sitting at their tables from 17:00. I and husband did not even had our opening dance as yet.I send Sharifa an email giving her the opertunity to resolve her mess, but she does not come to the party.I am asking for your help regarding this matter as it has also now been months she does not want to give us our photos.My attached images does not allow me to add it.Please be so kind and send me an email address where I can send letter,etc. We went to her shop and she is never there and do find that even juring weektime her doors is closed eventhough she has still got her displays in windows.I have receiving threats and rude treatments as well as insults on WhatsApp from her. As we have been asking via what's app numerous times to come and see her and she do not responded or pick up our phone calls. We tried even on an unknown number and once she hear my voice you put down. She wanted to cancel my wedding 2 days prior my wedding date in an unformal what's app message to me (also got record).Shocking that my step mother had to race and fetch my dad's gazebo at their home for our pastor to marry us while the guests are waiting as it was 12:40 already – the outside arch was part of the package that was not supp****. Her services caused a lot of emotional stress, tears, depression, sadness, and drama in our home and family even guests before and after wedding.</p> <p>Not received on the package we paid: never put up the display to guide customers were to be seated, have not supp**** everything we paid for, have not supp**** day program, have not supp**** all ties paid for, have never supp**** the rose pedals for guests to throw over us, have not supp**** the ring pillow and garter,have not supp**** jewellery, have not supp**** parents pin flower. Attached breakdown does not allow me to select on your wep page.The manner in which hergoods were displayed was not the same of what has been discussed on appointments when we were still paying. After we paid in full she kept on cancelling appointments-mentioned in letter.I requested invoices for the tailor and cake and her reply was she do not need to supply any invoices from supplier and according the act I have got full rights to request them as for what I received and paid for on discussion was not the same. Measurements was taken from my husband 4 times end even 3 days before wedding. We received the suit with no seem in pans and the price tag still tagged to his suite. We did received no under coat or the g**** shirt and the tie was received dirty. The suit was received on the 30/03/2017 at night after we waited in front of your shop ----- 2 nights before our wedding. She did not take our calls even a day before my wedding and Johan (her husband that she is devorsing had to give us more numbers of ways to get hold her.She have been forcing us to pay more money as she went through a divorce and personally it's got nothing to do with us but I cared and paid her and still I was treated disrespectful and threatend to cansel my wedding. Her personal issues has not got anything to do with us or our services. She did not meet deadlines an she did under supp**** on what has been discussed on payment.My hair and nails was done prior and the reason being again you avoided us and took no calls we had to sit in front of your shop for our suite, gown and Elmaine's dress that was not even made as discussed.I paid for everything. When we do want to talk to her she are rude and threatening us that you going to cancel and that you will take 50% of our money. I am aware she went through a divorce and still it gave her no right on your behaviour towards us.She carged us for so many things that was not supp****. </p> <p>8 x + 1 for staff décor tables and outside arch</p> <p>we were only 5 guests tables and one main. I see that as 6 tables and she quoted 8 and will see my refund on 2 tables. Guests was still at wedding and to mention that they were still eating and decorations was removed( your excuse was due to working late the night before what I don't see as an excuse... her business card was desplayed on my wedding tables- I am sure I would allowed it if it was discussed. NO GIFTS was on the tables and I been charged for it. There no program done for the wedding as we have discussed it. She have decided on her own to change my guest seat list after my husband told her that she can’t and she still did. We had a reason of putting people where, it is totally not up to her.</p> <p>1 x Cake with 2 x cake and the other levels dummy</p> <p>37 &24</p> <p>Did not received the cake what's paid for twice, see below break down. Photos of the cake we paid for are totally not the cake we have received (as per photo). The cakes we received were bought at local shop. R1850 for a shop cake is insane off what we selected on her picture chart (I can provide photos). Refund on balance as well all know what the cakes do cost at a supermarket. We paid R3650 in total after she charged us twice. She have to supply my invoice of from outsource who made my cake.</p> <p>Thank you GIFTS x50, Invoice: 31</p> <p>Not received - full refund (we made our own gifts because we did not have a clue what's happening due to lack of communication.</p> <p>3x ties (my dad, father in law, my step dad): Invoice: 24</p> <p>Never received 3 x dad’s ties (it was told every time we want to collect them from her that it was forgotten in the car she loaned to someone that didn’t had a car). Truth came out her car was taken by Johan. Tiaan’s tie had marks on.I had to run around the morning for my wedding so many things.</p> <p>Your help, support and feedback will greatfully be appreciated to assist us please.It is putting a lot of emosional and unwanted feelings towards our marriage. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
