This is a **** guys! I saw their number on my boyfriend's phone saved as Southern finance loan. As I was going through a financial crisis, I needed the cash to pay off small loans and I don't have a very good credit record so I don't qualify at recognized lending bureaus so I decided to loan money ftom them. They said loans are from R10 000+. They gave feedback to me on whatsapp that my loan for R10 000 was approved after applying. They sent me an approval contract which I signed then sent it back to them. They asked for a R1299 legal fee. On the 25th April, I made the payment on to a capitec account that was provided to me. Then I received another approval letter which had to be signed, I signed it and then there was another fee of R1900+ required before the transfer of my loan can happen. I also noticed that the date where I had to sign, the year was dated 2019. And then that raised my suspicions, I then went onto google and searched for Crystal finance then I saw comments that stated that this was all a ****. I texted the consultant who goes by the name of Joyce on whatsapp and Asked to cancel the loan and want my funds back. She said that's not how they work and hasn't gotten back to me since.

Is there a way of me getting my money back? Help please
