I ordered 2 trophy's in September 2023. I have still not received them and it is the 1st of Feb 2024. I have paid for my trophy's as well as delivery and now that they have new management they say they are not going to deliver, after I had so much trouble getting hold of them. I was always very happy with their service but now its disappointing. It is such a trouble trying to get hold of them, they do not respond or answer any calls or messages on their whatsapp line.
