Great company, great service, good quality work.

We looked on the Internet and found Crystal clear pools website, I looked at the brilliant gallery before and after Marbelite and I was very impressed with what I saw. I contacted Crystal Clear Pools and spoke to Sonia, they came out and gave us a quote the same day via e-mail. A few days later we approved the quote and the work started, On day 1 Colwyn arrived with the Crystal Clear Pools team, he was very professional and kept me in the loop at every stage, they drained the pool and chopped it in one day and replaced the filter sand. The next day they came and Re Marbelited the pool. Initially I was reluctant as the payment terms was 70% upfront and 30% on day of Marbelite. They finished the Marbelite in one day and advised us to fill up the pool the next morning, when the pool was full I called them to notify them that the pool is full. They came and chemically balanced the pool not even 15 min later we had a Crystal Clear Pool. I am so excited to have such a beautiful looking pool and will talk only good about this company. I have read reports on Hello Peter about this company and realize that customers can be difficult and can dilute the truth. I am so happy. Thanks
