Extremely *****, unprofessional and irresponsible
Giving it one star is far overrated. Together with our fellow Airbnbs in the same building, we gave Crystal Blue our linen to wash on a regular basis. The linen often came back with stain, unironed and unwashed. Moreover, they often messed our stuff with their other customers. Recently, they lost all my linen which costed me thousands. The owner, Ashwien, gave me some ****ty linen replacement as a compensation. This company is extremely irresponsible, unprofessional and *****. Please avoid this company. Never never never give your stuff for them to handle.
