Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced

I have received the worst Customer Service from the above mentioned company. On the 1st of Jan my client spoke to a consultant (Lany) who explained the process to him of creating a new website and what the costs are,etc. I started dealing with her thereafter where I waited days in between for replies to my questions. I finally got fed up and asked to speak to Management (Samantha) who wasn't much help either. We finally decided on a meeting date and time and its been more than a week that I've been waiting for confirmation on this meeting. This is ridiculous as it has taken 3 months just to decide on a meeting date to create a website.
