Shocking service, even worse attitude

Entrusted my laptop to Thomas, the owner of this company. He charged me R1400 to repair my machine, but only did a half job. That would have been okay if he'd just told me. He didn't. He returned my machine to me, after happily accepting my money, and failed to tell me that only half the issue had been repaired. He then acted surprised when I contacted him about it, but took it back and said he'd do the job properly. Again he returned my machine to me 10 days later in the same condition (except this time also dirty!), having done no further work. When I tried to call him, he avoided all my calls but Whatsapped me to say that it's not possible to fix my machine as it's an imported model (why he didn't tell me this at the start of the 2 months, I don't know). He was extremely rude to deal with when I was actually able to get hold of him - I'd have radio silence for weeks when he had my machine the first time. He seems overwhelmed and unable to handle the responsibilities of owning a business and taking care of customers, and gets angry and frustrated. He's not nice to deal with and he is pretty inept, so overall, I'd say AVOID at all costs.
