Absolutely shocking. Their website states that they hold the security keys for client wallets however not only do they refuse to give you the keys but when trying to connect the crypto.com wallet to the crypto.com on chain wallet it says the wallet is not valid. Converting my funds would take a matter of seconds if I had the key to my wallet however they have taken over a week to even give me feedback and then refuse to give me the info I need and want to charge me USD100 to do the exchange I could quite easily do myself if they were not keeping the information TO MY WALLET like a random. Absolutely disgusted in this behaviour! And I fully extend to report this to the authorities. This is not how a financial service should be run in any region.
