CRV AUTO - BAD SERVICE AND *******

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CRV AUTO!!!! Here's my experience with owners Gerhard and Chantel 2017/18.

My car kept overheating and cutting off after driven a distance. After being quoted R10 000 to fix the problem I had no other choice as I needed my car for work. R10 000 LATER my car is still parked in my complex. Gerhard has asked me to bring my car back several times - which I did. It lasts a week max on the roads. Upon collection Gerhard always assures me that my car is 100%. A month later it does the same thing - The longest its been driving was about 2 months. Ive been stuck several times on the highway after Gerhard supposedly "worked" on my car. He hasn't given me invoices for my payments either - when asked his wife says their system has crashed as if R10 000 is nothing.

His customer service is PATHETIC. He blatantly says that he's worked on my vehicle and that he can't assist further. Yet my car is parked off at home ever since. His quote was to fix my car and yet my car IS NOT FIXED.

Take your car to these people if you'd like INCOMPLETE, *********** service.
