selling defective goods

I recently purchased a car ML, after taking delivery (3 days) I found that the front rain sensor, wipers, radar didn't work, tried to get the to resolve it but to no avail. please be careful as this guys seem to be very doggie dealer. you rather purchase from a reputable dealer that you know. No resolution to date.
