Shocking! Disgusting!

I was requested to source Cetyl Alcohol locally as our shipment is late and our customer will run out of stock. I googled searched a few companies and found Cruz Chemicals. www.cruzchemicals.co.za. I reached out via email as per the website *** and Dr. Douglas L. Basson assist me with a quote on 08 May 2025. The quote was accepted, and he then sent me a formal quote on 12 May 2025. I proceeded with the supplier application. We received the following documents: New supplier form & supplier evaluation form to be completed Company Registration Documents SARS Tax Compliance status Owner's or Directors' ID Copies

Our finance team opened the account, order was placed on 03/06. Payment was made from FNB on 03/06 to Standard bank for R69787.75.

Delivery was then confirmed by supplier for Tuesday 10/06. On 12/06 when I sent a follow up email the email returned as undelivered. I then proceeded to contact the numbers listed and there was no answer, or they did not exist. They just vanished. Even the website no longer works.
