Crushpro South Africa - Poor Service & Support.

Crushpro is a rock crusher rebuilding & refurbishment business which was founded in 1986 in South Africa. Unfortunately, over the past few years, the level of service and the quality of the work & products provided by them has deteriorated severely. We have done quite a lot of business with them over the years, but given the lack of quality work & services being provided of late, defects in goods supp**** and the general disrespect for warranty terms & conditions, not to talk of the poor communication with its client, we have no choice but to avoid further association with Crushpro. One should never say, " Fountain, from you I will never drink again", but in this case, one will do well by understanding that the goose is cooked. Crushpro proudly presents its core values to the world, being,

1.) Supply the customer with high quality spares and repairs at a more economical price than the OEM. - 2.) Support our customers with service unmatched by our competitors. - 3.) Customer requirement analysis and ideal solution provision which balances high efficiency and economy. 4.) Compliance to the requirements of the Mining Charter to ensure our customers can extract maximum value from their business dealings with Crushpro.

While I cannot comment on No 4, I can assure you that 1 to 3 is not held in high regard by Crushpro itself.
