How to wow a customer

<p>It was 9pm at night, was trying to place an order, but there was an issue with their site.</p> <p>I emailed a screenshot to the contact address and literally within 5 minutes they rep**** apologizing and helping me complete my order.</p> <p>They even threw in something extra to make up for it. Which is ridiculous since the price of their products was already far better than anyone else.</p> <p> </p> <p>Impressed! I wish them all the best in their busniess ventures.</p>
