Disappointed at crush management and crishenda for a poorly run business

I had a horrible experience with this agency/agent named Crishenda. Firstly I was **** to about who I was allowing to living in my home. Basically fooled about the tenants and their situation and background. Secondly I never recieved payments on time. Thirdly I was blocked and ignored by the agent after I confronted her bad service. Fourthly, my brand new apartment has been damaged and the agency has done nothing about it. I have to send multiple emails before I get any response and even the response is barely even a resolution. I only hope that no one else has to go through what I have gone through with crishenda and crush management. Lastly I have no evidence to believe that she is running a legit business. I have asked for documents proving she is but still no response. Based on my experience with this agent please becareful and use trusted agencies rather.

Okay so apparently she is upset that I called it brand new saying its a lie so I am going to adjust my statement and clarify that it was not Brand new but to me it is new because it was only purchased within a few months of renting it, less than a year makes it new to me. Anyway that's not even the point here. I just wanted to share my experience and you won't be hearing from me again because I am done with all of this and I won't remove statements that I have evidence they all true. If you lose business, it's due to your own service to your customers., I simply shared my experience.
