<p>Rented a unit from them, they are unprofessional, rude, bullies and ****** who were updating incorrect payment entries on my TPN record OUT OF SPITE and kept doing so way after the lease was terminated and someone else had moved in.</p> <p>I was out of work and couldn't afford rent anymore, I wanted to move out and she refused saying she's going to take legal action against me cause I was in breach of contract, I withdrew, so my bf whom I was staying with legally and registered as a tenant as per estate management rules, had to cover the costs by himself.</p> <p>When he couldn't and was paying late she started harassing me and threatening to change locks, and by this time I am at home in the EC 9 months pregnant waiting to give birth, she was harrasing my next of kin telling them to tell me to pay my rent. I was SUDDENLY evicted after paying half the rent which I understood to be a result of breach of contract (late payment).</p> <p>The apartment was in a perfect condition as we found it when we left, they acknowledged that. </p> <p>Post all of that they were still demanding rental payment for the month after forfeiting all my deposits including the partial payment (half of the rental amount + penalty fee). They backed off after I had told them my rights and refused to pay and threatened to take legal action against them!! Out of spite she went and spoilt my tpn record with incorrect late payments entries for the duration of my stay at the apartment and continued late payment and non payment entries, three months in a row after I had moved out! Until I laid a dispute with tpn and the entries were reversed.</p> <p>the checks were done in the apartment prior to moving out and everything was in good shape. Two months later she sent me a list of damages in the flat which was a complete lie just to avoid refunding me any monies!!</p> <p>they are ******, very unprofessional dictators who are after any cent they can get!! Horrible experience!!! Be very careful in your dealings with them!!</p>
