Had the same experience as most regarding paying a deposit and not receiving goods. Only excuses and silent treatment. As with Caity I have made great effort to get my monies refunded, but this seems like pure ***** and theft. It will remain ***** and theft until my money is refunded. I will be taking further steps with those that have this experience.
