Crusch Designs - STAY AWAY!!!

I paid a deposit on the 3rd October and have still not received our order.

After constantly following up and asking for feedback and a delivery date, eventually received a response from Bonnie saying they’re having to close the business down.

A promise of a refund was made and I opted to give them a chance to redeem themselves and said I’d wait a couple more weeks in the hope of trying to help a small local business who was supposedly going through a tough time.

Again countless follow ups with no response.

I’ve since requested my full refund and was told it would take a couple of weeks as they’re sorting out “internal” allegations and their bank account has been frozen. I find this to be another stalling tactic and have since been left with no further communication from Bonnie.

It’s frustrating and I feel ****** of my hard earned money!!!

I would not recommend using this company - but I don’t think any further business is able to go their way as they seem to have disabled all possible ways of placing orders!

Shame on you for being so dishonest!!!
