Poor communication

<p>I have been trying to cancel my membership as I am no longer in the country and have been for a little over 2 months and have been trying to get hold of someone to help me cancel it but I've got no replies and I keep getting charged and have to pay $245 when I've been trying to cancel and they said all I have to do is email them as I was unable to get to them in time before I left and I don't have a phone. Any suggestions on what to do because I can't seem to get hold of anyone from there and I have tried and sent many emails. The funny thing is that I got replies before I wanted to cancel but as soon as I said I want to settle my account and cancel I stopped getting replies. </p>
