Terrible cake and customer service

Crumble bakery at Fourways, Craigavon House. This place is false marketing. What they sell in the shop is not the same as what they provide on their orders. I bought a cake here for my daughter after tasting their slice of cake sold in store. When I received my order it was nothing close to what I had tasted. I went back and the owner of the shop didn’t show any remorse and came up with stories trying to explain the situation. I will never ever buy anything from this bakery they have a very horrible service. The least they could have done was to partially refund me or give me the correct cake.
