Complain

Good day.. My name is dr Olga Radionova. I.m a client of Monica Ferreira and I purchased Brazil cruise for 2 weeks in November 2022 for March 2023. I didn.t receive neither documentation, nore guide and advice about cruise (visas, tickets, flights ETC) till now . Monica sold her property and moved overseas from SA and even cancelled her cell number and WA and doesn't provide any service . Please, help. Regards dr Olga Radionova.
