WORST SERVICE EVER - MSC Sinfonia cruise 31/01/2017 - 03/04/2017 to the Portugeuse Island

<p>After requesting invoices and banking details to make payment on 8 occasions , the first request was on the 31/01/2017 they phone me today 17/02/2017 to tell me that there is not enough space for all our wedding guest as we wanted to get married on the cruise. The consultant who's name i wont mention reassured me on several occasions on email that he confirmed availability and also promised to email the invoice to me on the 10/02/2017 after my hundred request and still NO INVOICE and now it's to DAMN LATE. This is defnitely the WORST service i've ever experienced.</p>
