CRUISEABOUT spoils cruise

On 13th September I made an on line enquiry about MSC cruises and a person Rachelle contacted me. Completed booking forms for a December cruise special (2 for 1) and emailed the next day. Heard nothing or never receive an invoice from her so i got through to a Durban agent who alerted her. She emailed me saying she was on course. On 17th I resubmitted the booking forms. I was then informed the special was over. Her negligence cost me time and energy and I think MSC must sort out their on line confusion. I thought I was dealing with MSC directly and not this travel agents.
